Awesome! Where were these methods when I was in School?

An absolutely amazing and easy (once you get the hang of it) COMPLETE re-imagining of how to simply solve Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Square Root, and Cube Root problems. Ever on the quest for increasing my knowledge, I curiously purchased it after seeing Scott on a talk show, by chance, on Youtube.

After receiving it, I then watched the video one time, then another (as he recommends). And upon beginning to grasp his Very out-of-the-box style of approaching math problems, I really took to his system. And I'm encouraged by having his instruction in video form (though DVD would be better ;)), along with a very cool workbook that goes hand-in-hand with his video examples.

I'm hearing that what Scott is teaching in this vid is similar to what's been called 'new math' now being taught in schools. And all I can say is that it sure would've made things a lot easier for me, had this been the rule back when I was in school. LOL. Great Methods shared here in this package. A definite winner in my book.

A really well written book packed full of impactful moves, each fully illustrated and explained in detail to enable you to execute. The book covers both basic to more advanced moves enabling you to perfect your technique. Master Lee has immense depth and breath of knowledge of Muay Thai/Boran that he has packed into this book - a must for anyone serious Muay. The book supplements the theory with the history and philosophy behind Muay Thai which increases your understanding and helps deepen your understanding of the culture. Great buy!

Muay Thai and Muay Boran is about more than just body conditioning and learning techniques. Whilst Master Lee's books teach you comprehensive and effective techniques in those areas, they also teach you the essential techniques in the other area necessary for success, namely mental conditioning and strategy. Combining these two aspects will open you up to new possibilities in your training and conditioning philosophy, resulting in a complete approach that will give you enormous strength of mind and body. By practicing the routines (on p.141) for 1 hour a week I literally saw my body change in 2 months - I now have abbs! Plus the strength and flexibility to move my body with confidence. I recommend keeping his books close at hand and repeating the techniques as often as possible. I give all of Master Lee's books 5-stars without hesitation - a far better investment than a tub of protein powder or any other supplement.

This book beautifully compliments Master Lee’s first book sharing the teachings of Muay (Submissions, Breaks & Locks of Muay Thai & Muay Boran). The power and energy of Master Lee's teaching is balanced with a light sense of humour and good-natured positivity, which I think is crucial to showing Muay the respect it deserves. The movements in this book have increased my flexibility and strength very quickly and noticeably -- my techniques are smoother, they flow faster and more easily, and my energy levels stay consistently high. Performing the actions has increased my physical fitness and improved my posture – but they also promote a sense of spiritual calmness with a similar effect to meditation.

One of the most useful parts of this book is a clear description of how to picture the energy flow through your body and beyond. I have found that relaxing and picturing the energy flow of each posture significantly improves my technique. This book reveals strategies for strength and flexibility that have been translated directly from the original source material, and cannot be found elsewhere in English.

The techniques are surrounded by a description of the outlook and philosophy that puts you in a "muay" state of mind. I have found this is as beneficial to my mental health as the strength and flexibility techniques are to my physical health.

Please consider this an unreserved recommendation from an eager pupil of Muay!

The latter sets restrictions upon recommendation algorithms constraining them with respect to how recommendations should be produced and what information they should rely on. This interaction between RS and explanation facilities, however, was not covered by recent research on RS. Therefore, the aim of the current thesis is to narrow this gap and to develop a recommendation technique that accounts for the concurrent objectives of RS, i. e., a method which is capable of providing both accurately predicted recommendations and actionable explanations of the reasons behind them, so that the recommendation process is aligned with the user preference structures.

Paul Marx, Ph.D., is a retired chemist whose interest in the Exodus story was sparked by a trip to Egypt in 1959 and travel through Goshen where the Israelites spent their Egyptian Sojourn.
